School & Community Workshops

PLEASE NOTE THAT GIRL POWER WORKSHOPS, ADELAIDE IS NOT OFFERING LIVE WORKSHOPS IN SCHOOLS IN 2023. Please click here to find another facilitator who has completed our Instructor Training and currently offering workshops.

The school workshop content aligns with the Personal and Social Capability stream of the Australian Curriculum and our delivery style is fun, creative and entertaining.

You’ve Got A Friend In Me

Girls will think, learn and laugh as they enjoy this interactive workshop that dramatically explores friendship. Through active discussion, brainstorming, games and role play, we’ll explore why friendship is important, ways to make new friends, how to keep friends and what to do if we find ourselves in a tricky social situation.

Power Bounce

With a positive mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude, it’s amazing what we can do! From bouncing balls to splatting eggs, this entertaining workshop educates girls about resilience, the joys of embracing challenges, the power of ‘yet’, gratitude and also how to calm our bodies and minds when we feel anxious.

Free To Be Me

Wanting to belong is natural but in this age of digital technology and information overload, girls are often disconnecting from themselves as they try to be like everyone else.  In this engaging presentation, we give girls the headspace to think about their own unique identity, values and strengths.
